Requirements

• 5.5 days' work week
• Able to work on weekends and PH

Job Description: - Creating a professional and welcoming experience for our customers based on the company's guidelines. - Obtain training and perform duties in Service and Kitchen Department. - Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism. - Attending to customers' needs and complaints promptly and politely. - Recommend improvements to Management where appropriate. - Resolve all potential service failure issues. - Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management. - Provide support as needed in various departments. - Business Management-Support in managing food and labor costs to increase Restaurant profitability. - Consistently review operational standards with the aim of always improving speed and service quality. - Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
