Responsibilities

  • Own project execution by tracking milestones, monitoring budgets, and proactively managing risks and scope changes

  • What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree, such as an MBA or master's in organizational psychology, preferred
  • At least five years of professional experience in project management, client management, management consulting, human capital consulting, human resources, employee engagement or a related area required
  • Full fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English required
  • Proven experience managing and growing client accounts required
  • Demonstrated success leading client-facing work with senior stakeholders required
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to generate deep insights required
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Singapore office at least three days per week required
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
