Job Summary Responsible for validating data collected through clinical documentation is sound, relevant, accurate, and reliable, while supporting the values and objectives of Memorial Hermann Health System. The Clinical Information Analyst assists clinicians with workflow and process analysis that align with our strategic plan, leveraging available resources, metrics, benchmarks; and system standards across the enterprise. Responsible for managing customer expectations and aligning their strategic initiatives with Solution Segments in ISD. Must be able to demonstrate working operational knowledge and technical skills necessary to analyze current processes and understand customer's business strategies. Responsible for documenting process and workflow presenting them as educational materials. Demonstrates a commitment to the values of the corporation through active participation in the Partners in Caring, Customer Service, Six Sigma, and Continuous Quality Improvement programs. Typically reports to an IT Manager. The Clinical Information Analyst serves as a key support resource for clinicians and leaders by helping optimize and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical workflows. This role partners with clinical staff across the hospital to troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, communicate workflow and system updates, and promote the effective use of healthcare technology. The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and an interest in healthcare informatics and clinical systems.
