Pedagogical Skills: Experience in teaching or training, with strong instructional abilities, would be beneficial. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively teach and mentor trainees. Most courses are conducted in English, therefore B2-C1 language skills in English are a must have.
