Production Executive

About the role

Major Duties & Responsibilities: - Production Management: Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring that battery processing and e-waste targets are met on schedule. - Regulatory Liaison: Assist in managing documentation and workflows related to environmental compliance and waste disposal standards. - Compliance& Safety: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to safety protocols for hazardous waste handling. - Inventory& Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs and inventory records for environmental auditing and management reporting. - Manpower Coordination: Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring proper training and deployment across different recycling stages Requirements: Knowledge, Experience& Behavior - Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical,Chemical, or Environmental), operations management or related technicaldiscipline preferred. - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in production supervision or industrial operations. - Previous experience dealing with NEA (National Environment Agency) regulations, particularly regarding industrial waste, is a significant advantage. - Practical knowledge or experience in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) is highly preferred. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a production floor. - Familiarity with machinery, hazardous waste management, or battery recycling processes. - Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on safety and efficiency. - Only Singaporeans may apply, all other work passes will not be considered.
