Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage, cafe, or bar environment is desirable
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Experience in mixing and serving beverages
• Experienced barista with a passion for coffee
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, morning, evenings and school holiday period across a 7-day roster

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage cash and credit card transactions efficiently. Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
