About the role

Job Responsibilities:- Define end-to-end SoC architecture, including compute, interconnect, memory, IO, and accelerators Translate product requirements into scalable silicon architectures and technical specifications Lead Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to ensure traceability from requirements to implementation Develop and own architecture and micro-architecture specifications (interfaces, data flows,clocking, power) Perform and guide PPA (performance, power, area) modeling and trade-off analysis Define and integrate SoC security architecture, including secure boot, root of trust,and isolation mechanisms (e.g.: TrustZone) Drive cross-functional architecture alignment across hardware, software, verification,and system teams Lead architecture reviews and influence key technical decisions Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices in architecture definitionand system modeling Job Requirements:- Master's or PhD with at least 18+ years of experience in SoC architecture/design Expertise in SoC silicon architecture, including CPU subsystems, interconnects (AXI/NoC),and memory hierarchy Strong experience in hardware architecture specification development and system-level design documentation as well as requirement management Proven track record in PPA modeling, analysis, and optimization techniques Experience with MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g.: SysML, system modeling frameworks) Solid understanding of hardware security architecture (secure boot, root of trust, encryption, isolation) Proficiency in modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, SystemC) Experience facilitating cross functional team meetings to drive results and outcomes Knowledge in semiconductor industry/production (wafer, assembly, test) Strong ability to use analytical skills to solve complex problems Proven experience delivering complex SoCs from concept to silicon High potential candidates with strong motivation and demonstrated ability to grow into the role will also be considered Location: Next to Bendemeer MRT Interested candidates may submit detailed CV with the following info:- Current salary, including AWS or Variable Bonus Expected salary Availability
