Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field (or equivalent HR experience, training, or certification)
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR or related experience
- Working knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and employee relations
- Union experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities; comfortable working in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 5%
