Within this dynamic environment, you help create structure, visibility and scalable quality processes that support sustainable operational growth. ISO 9001 forms an important foundation within the organization. ILIAS is preparing for a new three year certification cycle where maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS), supporting audits and ensuring process compliance remain important for both internal stakeholders and external partners. The role contributes to translating quality requirements into practical and scalable processes while supporting continuous improvement across the organization. . You contribute to: - stronger operational reliability - improved collaboration across teams - increased process visibility and control - scalable governance structures - reliable audit readiness - more efficient operational workflows - stronger quality awareness across the organization QMS & Compliance - execute and monitor QMS controls - maintain and improve documented information within the Quality Management System - support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 certified QMS - participate in internal and external audits - contribute to non-conformity follow-up, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives - help ensure that processes remain aligned with QMS and ISO 9001 requirements Process & Improvement - identify and improve operational workflows - support process standardization across teams - contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Governance & Risk - support risk and opportunity management - enhance process transparency and traceability - contribute to structured governance practices What You Bring - Experience within software, SaaS or technology driven environments - Experience with quality assurance, governance and process improvement - Practical experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment - Understanding of ISO 9001 principles and their application within operational processes - Experience supporting audits, process compliance or continuous improvement initiatives is considered a strong advantage - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Ability to work within a matrix organization - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Structured and solution oriented mindset - Fluent in English Systems Thinking and Analytical Strength You understand how processes, teams and operational workflows connect within a Quality Management System.
