About the role

We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team and own the logistics, coordination, and candidate experience across the hiring process. This role is critical to our ability to scale-ensuring candidates move quickly, interviews run seamlessly, and every interaction reflects the high bar we set for our team. This is an early-career role ideal for candidates looking to grow into recruiting, talent operations, or HR. This is a fully on-site role based at our Hawthorne, CA headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and confident onsite hosting.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
  • Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation.
  • Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the business to keep the hiring process moving.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex calendars and using tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Hawthorne, CA.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years experience improving or streamlining recruiting or operational processes.
