YOUR PLAYER PROFILE At 433, we're looking for creative freelancers who can plug into a fast-paced, AI-enhanced content environment and deliver consistently high-quality work. What we are looking for in a candidate: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier / After Effects); Strong experience using AI tools (e.g. Higgsfield, Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to concept, iterate, and produce content at speed; Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; Ability to meet deadlines, working under pressure and a 24/7 mentality (also available in the evenings and weekends) Creative thinker, familiar with telling stories in various visual formats, from video to static images.
