Your responsibilities include: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to facilitate a flawless integration into the PALO culture. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance our employer brand, ensuring that we attract top talent across all levels. Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define role requirements, fostering strong partnerships to facilitate effective recruitment. Utilize various sourcing techniques , including social media, job boards, and networking events to identify and attract prospective candidates. Enhance the candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed. Participate in building a strong company culture through talent mapping, diversity initiatives, and employee referral programs to enhance employee engagement and retention. Monitor recruitment metrics and leverage data analytics to improve recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process continuously.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and effectively managing competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive problem-solving approach while also being an effective team player.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment, advocating for diversity and equality in the workplace.
