Sales Engineer Central/Eastern Europe ETAP

About the role

As a Sales Engineer for the Central and Eastern Europe region, you will play a central role in growing ETAP's market presence and customer base. You'll promote cutting-edge digital solutions that support safer and more sustainable electrical infrastructures. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving strategic growth in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand ETAP's footprint in Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary
• Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations online, on-site, and at events
• Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (product management, marketing, Schneider Electric & AVEVA teams)
• Support and coordinate customer workshops, seminars, and industry activities
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments
• Your Profile
• Experience in business development or technical sales within the electrical engineering or industrial software sector
• Fluent in Czech, Slovak and English
• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation Technology is a must have
• Strong track record in solution selling and/or power system engineering Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and holder of a valid Class B driving licence
