Position Summary To support B2B SAC project in term of engineering Role and Responsibilities Develop a project channel development strategy to optimize profitable access for System Air Conditioner Manage the sales performance of project and channel, including accountability for tracking and improving channel share and profit performance, key account prioritization, and development of marketing strategies, messages, and tactics that will optimize business Responsible for partner/ channel engagement by developing relationships among focus groups and enhancing the business pipeline in the market Manage Partner Relationship Management system and Loyalty Partner program Provide guidance to the field sales force and team in the execution of relevant activities Initiate and execute key programs that establish and continuously drive long-term relationships with key accounts and prospected customers Collaborate with marketing and related parties to develop strategies and tactics for key projects cross functional with each market channel Create and articulate a vision for navigation through the changing of business Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
