Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing strategy, implementation and execution of initiatives accelerating sales growth and developing new businesses through collaboration with the regional sales managers and partnership with key certified providers and end user clients.

- Evaluate and monitor competitive activities and develop reliable market data. Recommend strategy defenses, offenses, and tactics for the company to stay ahead of competition and gain new market share.
- Conduct field visits and business reviews. Communicate with Management through visit reports, market analysis, and progress.
- Attend tradeshows dedicated to the market vertical, represent the brand through thought leadership and industry associations events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in sales/marketing/business preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience with A/V equipment or High Technology Systems sales with proven successful track record.
- Experience in business development.
- Strong relationships and network with key market stakeholders (Churches and Mega churches).
- Experience with premium loudspeaker sales preferred.
- Experience with CRM and key opportunities management processes.
- Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and possess a desire to win.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organization and follow-up skills.
