Ensures the safety of the facility and its users. This is a Part time position at 20 hour per week. The Facility Supervisor does not supervise others. Duties & ResponsibilitiesOpens or closes the Center during supervisor shift, inspects the Center facilities and classrooms to identify hazards and minimize risks, and sets up equipment in instructional and activity areas.Answers questions and solves patron problems or concerns to provide an exceptional level of customer service.Assists custodians with regular and emergency custodial and maintenance work and responds to medical and facility emergencies.Initiates work orders in Purchase Order Management system and follows those requests to ensure completion.Reconciles daily transactions, verifying amounts collected, identifying discrepancies, resolving any issues, and preparing those funds for bank deposits.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of CPR and First Aid Principles.Knowledge of cashiering and customer services principles.Knowledge of athletic equipment operation and maintenance.Skill in decision making and problem solving.Skill in interpersonal relations and in dealing with the public.Skill in oral and written communication.Ability to respond to emergency situations using CPR and First Aid Principles.Ability to provide quality customer services.
