About the role
The EMEA Administration Specialist will support and coordinate key administrative processes across multiple countries within the EMEA region. Acting as a central interface between local teams, regional management, and global functions, ensuring efficient, compliant, and standardized operations. Responsibilities
- Monitor budget planning and cost tracking for EMEA administrative activities, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with regional targets
- Coordinate and support the EMEA Purchase Order (PO) process, including creation, tracking, and compliance with internal procurement policies
- Oversee travel administration across EMEA, ensuring efficient coordination, policy compliance, and cost optimization
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and data
- Maintain and govern the EMEA list of authorized representatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation
- Track and manage Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) data and reporting, supporting compliance with local regulations and internal standards
- Assist in regional projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management
- What You Need to Be Successful
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in an international environment
- Experience working with ERP or HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
