Manufacturing Associate I (Media - Fill/Finish) Location: This position is based in our Walkersville, MD office. The typical work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM EST . What you will get: The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $43,000 to $69,000. What will you do: We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support fill/finish operations within our media production area. This role is responsible for preparing, filling, and finishing liquid media products while ensuring compliance with GMP standards and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of performing physical tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Perform fill/finish operations, including preparation, filling, and packaging of liquid media products Operate filling and finishing equipment while monitoring performance and ensuring proper operation Execute environmental monitoring and support cleanroom activities in controlled environments Complete batch records and GMP documentation accurately and in a timely manner Inspect finished products, perform final checks, and prepare materials for shipment Support inventory management, material movement, and transfer of items in and out of the cleanroom Maintain cleanliness of production areas, including housekeeping and cleaning of equipment and workspaces Perform additional production support tasks such as label retrieval, sterilization preparation, palletizing, and sample delivery to QC
