AutoCAD & BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• -Develop and maintain 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D BIM models for commercial kitchen equipment
• -Coordinate BIM workflows, ensuring integration between different design disciplines
• -Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams
• -Generate schedules, quantities, and material take-offs from BIM models
• -Maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, and libraries
• -Support project managers and engineers with design updates and revisions
• -Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 2 / 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and processes
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
