- What You'll Bring to Us:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales or technical sales experience in the pulp and paper or industrial chemical industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with product trials, chemical dosing, and process troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential - this role frequently interfaces with international customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a field-based environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites across Vietnam
