Wavestone UK are seeking to hire a Cybersecurity Consultant . Becoming a Cybersecurity Consultant will mean joining the Global Cybersecurity Practice which is an independent and an in-house team of 1000+ consultants working seamlessly across the globe ( London, Paris, New York, Geneva, Hong Kong, Singapore ). We have developed a 360° expertise from strategies, operating models, change and transformation across digital identity, security operations, AI security, operational resilience and other areas of cybersecurity, with a focus on major transformation programs . As a Consultant you will join our teams on engagements to deliver end-to-end cybersecurity improvement projects across cybersecurity, including digital identity/IAM, resilience, security operations improvement, AI security, security operating model and security assurance. You will support client engagement by performing assessments and analysis, helping with the planning and drafting of deliverables, running workshops and exercises, and supporting your project lead. In addition, you will support Wavestone's internal functions and play your role in the future of the business. Examples of projects include: Major cybersecurity regulatory compliance programs Maturity assessments and remediation Cybersecurity technical project management Operational Resilience transformation Security Operations & SOC remediation IAM tooling deployment To be considered for this role Solid foundation in consulting skills within an external client‑facing environment, including structured problem‑solving, analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and delivery support. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of an organization, as well as experience collaborating within teams and supporting junior colleagues. Ability to demonstrate autonomy, high-quality deliverables, strong attention to detail and great communication skills Capabilities and / or interest in one or more areas below: Cybersecurity: Security Operations Centre, Identity and Access Management, AI Security, Security Governance and Assurance, Cloud Security, Third Party Security. Operational Resilience: Scenario Planning, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, IT and Business Change, Incident Response, Cyber and IT Resilience, Third Party Resilience. Flexibility to work on projects across any of our key areas, so a passion for a variety of technical topics and an interest in staying on top of Cybersecurity trends is highly beneficial.
