About the role

We need your professional experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner or HR Business Partner); Proven experience supporting teams, ideally within a multicultural environment; Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and hands-on experience implementing various performance management tools; Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Coaching certification is a plus.
