About the role

What You Can Expect : Module Ownership Assist with the end-to-end configuration of the ADM module, ensuring all ADM-related master data is logically structured. Review identified country roll-out blockers and coordinate the alignment with internal stakeholders (OET and FPMS) on priorities and timeline. Assist to validate that new functionalities do not inadvertently break existing operational flows. Translate business needs into ITBR with clear acceptance criteria for developers. Provide test cases with UAT testers for new functionality releases and ensure UAT execution and bugs fixed (if any) before deployment to production. Identify optimal application capabilities to support business requirements and efficient operations. Process & Training Materials Assist in defining SOP for how ROCS users (Ops & BAT) interact with ADM module (such as accrual process, AR/AP posting, reversal, credit check etc). Create Training materials incl. system user manual, training videos, and documentation. Cross-Domain and Cross-Function Collaboration Collaborate with functional stakeholders to integrate business needs into process improvement and digital strategies. The ADM configurations and documents (such as invoice, credit note template) are consumed by all modules. Proactively align with other domain owners to avoid conflicting rules, and any process change must be communicated. Coordinate alignment with FPMS for operational data that affects accounting and company financial settings. Assist to align with OET to gather country-specific requirements and rollout gaps, and share training materials with OET for system roll-out. Coordinate with ITPM and assigned developers to prioritize and steer module development aligned with ODE plan. Manage a continuous feedback mechanism for continuous improvement. What You Bring: Completed Accounting, Finance or IT Bachelor's degree; Minimum 3 years' experience in Product Management or Finance Strong analytical skills Structured thinking ability Ability to bridge business needs & system improvement with accounting compliance. Ability to see the bigger picture both from commercial/customer and operational/internal perspective Strong ability to align with stakeholders at all levels of the business and customer organizations Ability to concurrently handle a variety of projects while being able to lead cross-functional initiatives - and for identifying how to constantly improve High degree of accountability, results driven mindset Capable of growing and forming a regional team, collaborating and communicating with people of different regional backgrounds and roles Ability to perform under pressure and confidence to be performing strong and leading a regional structure by example Professional use of English, other languages are a plus
