About the role
ROLEOBJECTIVE: The Senior HR Generalist is a hands-on HR professional responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role combines strategic HR Business Partnering with operational excellence in recruitment, workforce reporting, employee engagement, and compliance. ROLERESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Acquisition - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing and offer management. - Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. HR Business Partnering - Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, workforce planning, onboarding and offboarding processes and requirements. - Provide practical HR guidance while ensuring alignment with company policies and employment legislation. - Support managers and franchisees in handling employee issues, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. HR Reporting & Analytics - Prepare regular and ad hoc headcount (HC) reports, manpower dashboards, and workforce analytics. - Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and reports. Employee Engagement - Coordinate employee engagement surveys and ensure full participation rates. - Analyze survey findings, identify key themes and trends, and prepare comprehensive management reports and presentation decks. - Organise employee engagement activities to boost morale. HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. - Review and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation. - Support performance appraisal cycles, employee development, and succession planning. - Maintain confidential employee records with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Job Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Minimum 8 years of progressive HR Generalist experience. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems. - Excellent data analysis and presentation skills. - Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex HR data. - Highly meticulous and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to multi-task, work exceptionally quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy. - Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively. - Has outstanding computer proficiency, particularly in Excel and HR systems.
