Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a team of operators and leads in a high volume, semiconductor manufacturing environment, to meet daily, weekly and quarterly production goals.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending required training, educational workshops and reviewing professional publications (both on and off shift).
  • Responsible for corrective actions to address problems associated with processing or operating machines or equipment and conduct formal employee performance evaluations.
  • Supervisors may be expected to participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities; and will be expected to manage appropriate responses to workplace safety incidents.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership of teams ranging from 15-30 employees
  • Semiconductor or wafer fab experience preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
  • Ability to balance people leadership with operational execution
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $87,185 to $119,908. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time , and other benefits.

This role is responsible for driving performance, developing talent, and ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient production in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will report directly to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and play a key leadership role in aligning night shift performance with site-wide goals. Shift: Nights 1, Sunday-Tuesday, every other Wednesday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
