General Laborer

About the role

National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a General Laborers for our location in Muscatine, IA 52761. Job Responsibilities Assist drivers with covering flatbed trailers using heavy-duty tarps. Secure tarps using straps, chains, and bungee cords to ensure safe transport of loads. Perform physically demanding work in an outdoor environment. Inspect tarps and securement equipment for proper use. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Assist with additional yard and labor duties as assigned. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 3rd Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour Pay Frequency: Biweekly Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must provide two valid forms of identification (Photo ID & SSC.) Steel-toe boots are required for safety. Reliable transportation is required (No public transportation available near the job site.) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions year-round. Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pulling, and securing heavy tarps. Willingness to undergo a Background check is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
