Urgent !!! Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (AWS, VM Cloud)

Responsibilities

• Guide the team through technical discussions and architectural design decisions for cloud-based infrastructure.
• Run Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and deliver well-engineered, production-ready infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Assess and identify workloads that are good candidates for cloud migration.
• Continuously monitor cloud environments, optimizing for both performance and cost-efficiency.
• Uphold data security standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to infrastructure and cloud systems.
• Prepare and present technical documentation to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain strategic relationships with key technology vendors.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies across the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise cloud solutions and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with the design, deployment, and operations of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Proven ability to establish, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
