JOB SUMMARY Responsible for analyzing operational processes, documenting workflows and developing clear, effective training materials for employees. This role works with MPO management to standardize operations, improve efficiency, and ensure staff are properly trained to perform their roles consistently and accurately. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Shadow mail handlers analyze current operational processes to understand workflows and identify gaps. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate workflows for accuracy. Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Document step by step instructions for the various roles and responsibilities within the MPO. Develop training guides, manuals, and job aids for onboarding and ongoing training of staff.
