What We're Looking For - 3-5 years of telecom or construction experience - Prior experience in a field leadership role required - High School Diploma or GED required - Ability to read construction prints and use tools like Google Earth - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word - Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools preferred - Understanding of UG and aerial equipment, tools, trucks, and drills - Valid driver's license required; OSHA certification preferred - Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Pay & Benefits - $75,000-$85,000 per year - Health, dental, vision, PTO, vehicle allowance, and additional benefits
