Air Import Customer Service Executive - East

About the role

The Job: Coordinate and oversee daily air import operations , including receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo. Ensure compliance with air cargo import regulations, company policies, and procedures . Liaise with customers, airlines, ground handlers, customs, and other stakeholders to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery. Prepare and process import documentation , including air waybills, customs clearance documents, and invoices. Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to customers and internal teams . Investigate and resolve shipment issues , such as delays, damages, or discrepancies. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of cargo manifests, shipment details, and billing information. Ensure accurate and timely billing for imported shipments. The Talent: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields . Candidates without experience can apply ( training will be provided). Prior experience in air import operations, freight forwarding, or logistics is a plus. Strong communication and coordination skills . Conscientious with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
