JOB SUMMARY The Manager of Care Coordination assumes responsibility and authority as the leader for Case Management, Social Services, and Utilization Review departments. Under the supervision of the Director of Quality & Performance Improvement, the Manager will supervise and direct both the administrative and clinical support functions of these departments. Provides strong leadership, motivation, colleague development, and clinical assessment to colleagues in the roles of Case Manager, Care Manager, Social Worker and Utilization Review Clinician. JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS Job Description Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits Typical hours: Day Shift, 8a-4:30p, Monday-Friday Education: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri, OR Bachelors or Master's Degree in Social Work Certification & Licensures: Certification in case management preferred.
