Division Administrative Assistant - Receptionist and Human Resources Lethbridge School Division is seeking an experienced and highly professional individual to serve as Division Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources Department effective immediately or as soon as possible. The Role This position serves as the receptionist for the Education Centre, directing all visitors, managing all public inquiry calls and distribution of mail for the Education Centre. As a member of our Human Resources team, the role will also focus on supporting new hire onboarding and orientation, managing employee files, Occupational Health and Safety follow-up for substitutes and a variety of Human Resources functions. A key component of this role involves preparing HR documentation and certificates, providing reception and administrative support services and applying collective agreements while working in a team environment. The successful candidate will provide accurate, timely, and practical guidance and support to staff and school-based administrators. This position requires sound judgment, discretion, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
