Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales and leadership , translating strategy into financial outcomes and driving profitable revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Own the full financial close and reporting process , ensuring accurate financial statements, strong internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and delivering actionable insights through variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Drive commercial finance activities , including pricing strategy, price-volume-mix analysis, customer profitability, and evaluation of deals and investments.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, HR, and IT to evaluate investments, improve productivity, and optimize working capital and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial leadership and governance , including coaching the finance team, supporting board/parent reporting (Halma), and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or CGMA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including commercial finance, FP&A, and accounting close
• 5+ years of people leadership or senior individual contributor experience in a complex environment
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of partnering with Sales and Operations leaders to drive revenue and margin growth, and the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
