- About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA qualification preferred
- Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, and month-end close processes
- Experience using ERP/accounting systems such as MYOB, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms
- Experience managing Philippine statutory, tax, payroll, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience managing audits, reconciliations, and financial controls
- Knowledge of Australian reporting standards including AASB, IFRS, ASIC, and ASX requirements
- Experience supporting PEZA or similar government compliance/reportorial environments
- Experience working within multinational or regional finance environments
- Advanced spreadsheet and financial systems capability
- Experience improving finance governance, SOPs, controls, and audit readiness practices
