Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support one of our Business Unit Heads. This role demands a professional who can proactively manage administrative responsibilities, facilitate smooth day-to-day operations, and serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient time management. Organize internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, and business events, including logistics and preparation of materials. Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visa coordination, and accommodations. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation as required. Track and follow up on key deliverables and deadlines on behalf of the BU Head. Manage confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Serve as the central point of coordination between the BU Head and cross-functional teams. Support in planning and coordinating BU-level activities, events, and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience supporting senior executives in large or global organizations.
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
