- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services according to agreed timelines.
- Collect and submit all required procurement documentation accurately and on time.
- Drive customer satisfaction by providing proactive, consistent updates to internal clients regarding their requests.
- Systems, Processes & Catalog Excellence
- Support procurement planning with internal teams.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance purchasing efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure clarity and standardization in purchase requests.
- Take full ownership of the Zambia Vendor Catalog, including data entry, contact maintenance, and quarterly audits.
- Streamline the catalog by identifying active vendors and eliminating inactive or redundant entries

Requirements
- Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for . For this role specifically, you will have:
- Required Education & Experience
- Education: Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fully registered and valid practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a procurement role
- ERP Proficiency: Experience working within SAP or a similar enterprise resource planning system is essential.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Zambian market and local procurement regulations.
- Core Skills & Competencies
- Strategic Negotiation: The ability to influence vendors and secure terms that favor the organization's bottom line.
