  • Essential capabilities & skills
  • Proven experience as a Sales or GTM Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills through the use of Linkedin and other tools
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws for one of more countries in India, Southeast Asia and Australia
  • Familiar in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday
  • Ability to build strong relationships with sales candidates and Commercial stakeholders
  • Core skills in storytelling, talent assessment, and negotiation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Essential experience
  • 6+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within a technology product domain with a sizable global backdrop
  • High familiarity in Enterprise IT or Software sales or ability to attract top sales talents in niche domains
