About the role

You will serve as an Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist in the Multi-Spectral Electronic Warfare Systems Division, Spectrum Warfare Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (DP-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Demonstrating advanced technical expertise in the development, integration, and sustainment of maintenance test systems for electronic warfare, communications, and sensor technologies on complex platforms; 2) Delivering technical solutions that align with acquisition priorities and comply with cybersecurity and software assurance policies; 3) Managing multi-million-dollar program portfolios, including budget planning, resource allocation, and risk management in high-visibility, schedule-driven environments; and 4) Leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges and achieve mission-critical milestones.
