Job Description: Develop, implement, and maintain infection prevention and control (IPC) programmes across primary care and outpatient settings Conduct active surveillance of healthcare-associated infections and monitor infection trends, patterns, and epidemiological data Analyse infection data to identify risks and initiate appropriate preventive and control measures Develop and update IPC policies, protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures in alignment with national and regulatory standards Provide expert advice and clinical support to healthcare teams on infection prevention practices and outbreak management Lead and conduct training, education, and competency assessments for healthcare staff on IPC principles and best practices Develop patient education materials and initiatives to promote infectious disease prevention and health awareness Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal infection control standards Participate in clinical audits, risk assessments, outbreak investigations, and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen infection prevention strategies and patient safety outcomes Monitor effectiveness of IPC interventions and recommend improvements based on evidence-based practice Serve as a key resource person for infection control queries, guidance, and escalation support across departments Requirement: Minimum Degree in Nursing 7-9 years of relevant experience in hospital clinical settings Valid SNB registration Experience in infection control, primary care, or public health preferred Interested applicants, kindly furnish us with your detailed resume in MS Words format and click " Apply Now " button. ** We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
