About the Position: The National Capital Region (NCR) Network Office is located at 6000 MacArthur Blvd in Bethesda, MD. Eligible for situational telework, including emergency and OPM prescribed "Unscheduled Telework". Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing comprehensive training programs and content tailored to organizational requirements; interpreting and analyzing policies to align with strategic training objectives; evaluating course content to enhance instructional strategies; providing technical expertise and oversight to ensure the quality of training development within the Health Information Technology (HIT) domain; and managing end-to-end classroom administration. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
