Responsibilities

- What you bring
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Immigration requirements and processes in Sarawak
- Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with state regulators and internal stakeholders, especially with staff and line managers.
- Ability to communicate effectively and timely with stakeholders in managing expectations around challenges if any.
- High level of attention to details in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of applications, with a high level of compliance around protecting sensitive & confidential data.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in looking for solutions to resolve challenges or issues arising with regard to new restrictions or changes in policies/processes.
- Capability and interest to continuously improve processes in order to gain higher efficiency in terms of time to approval, cost and others.
