Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine outlet visits to verify compliance with established guides and SOPs, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Participate in outlet kitchen training to gain hands-on understanding of kitchen operations and processes
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • University graduate
  • Experience in food and beverage or a background in food studies is preferred
  • Other Information
  • Handling of non-halal food is required
  • Work schedule: 5 days a week at office (9am to 6pm with one hour lunch break)
