Established over 25 years ago as a joint venture between one of the world's leading automotive manufacturers and a global customer experience specialist, the business has built a strong reputation supporting some of the world's leading automotive brands through customer care, technical support, warranty and recall management, roadside assistance, sales support and back office operations. Operating across multiple international markets, the organisation combines deep automotive expertise with advanced technology, data analytics, AI driven customer support and multilingual contact centre operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the vehicle ownership journey. Due to continued growth and expansion, the business is looking to hire two part qualified ACA or ACCA finance professionals to join the team on an initial four month contract, with the opportunity for the roles to become permanent for the right candidates, offering a strong pathway for development within a fast paced and evolving organisation. Candidates will be on a 2 week notice period or be immediately available.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing high quality statutory financial statements in line with IFRS or UK GAAP ensuring full compliance and accuracy
  • Delivering insightful monthly quarterly and annual management accounts including profit and loss balance sheet and cash flow reporting
  • Maintaining a robust and well controlled general ledger ensuring precise coding and integrity of all financial transactions
  • Performing detailed balance sheet reconciliations and proactively investigating and resolving variances
  • Supporting dynamic budgeting and forecasting cycles in close partnership with FP&A and finance business partners
  • Driving efficient and accurate month end and year end close processes to ensure timely and reliable financial reporting
  • About you: Part qualified ACA or ACCA (CIMA not applicable)
  • Based in Glasgow
  • Eager to learn and develop within a fast paced finance environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • 2 week notice period or immediately available
