- Consolidate and validate sales, market, and financial data from multiple sources

- Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support sales and commercial discussions
- Project, program, and PMO support
- Coordinate commercial and sales initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Lead PMO tracking, milestone updates, and delivery follow‑up
- Manage dependencies across teams to support timely execution
- Stakeholder coordination and ways of working
- Lead day‑to‑day coordination across sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Contribute to structured, fact‑based discussions with stakeholders

- QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
- 7-10 years of experience in commercial performance management, sales operations, or commercial transformation roles
- Strong experience supporting sales performance enablement, including:
- Sales dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Management of sales pipeline and leads funnel
- Forecasting, revenue, margin, and performance planning
- Preparation of high quality commercial and performance review decks
- Tracking countermeasures and follow up on corrective actions
- Proven ability to analyze large and complex data sets and translate them into clear, business relevant insights
- Experience consolidating, structuring, and validating sales and commercial data from multiple sources
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis, reporting, and executive communication
- Hands on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Familiarity with CRM and activity tracking tools (e.g. Monday.com, Salesforce) and maintaining data quality
- Experience supporting regional or multi country environments, with comfort working across functions
- Exposure to commercial, sales, or performance transformation initiatives, contributing to delivery through structured execution and stakeholder coordination
