- Able to manage and engage corporate/B2B clients confidently
- Strong client management and business development skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant insurance certifications / licenses preferred
