Job Description We are seeking a Full-time Intake Nurse to work and support our Oklahoma and Kansas markets, from our Oklahoma or Kansas office! Ennoble Care values Honoring the patients we serve. Position Responsibilities: Answering phones, receives all referral and intake information. Complete referral/intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval. Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer. Check common working files for Medicare Coverage and verification of benefit period. Perform other duties as directed. Job Conditions: Office setting that will require regular phone usage, sitting, stooping and lifting of office supplies (ex. printer paper stacks). The job requires the ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other related office equipment.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Multi-state LPN license preferred.
  • Experience in a Home Health Care or Hospice setting preferred
  • Must be computer literate and able maintain simple records
  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Must have at least 3 years of Customer service experience
  • Must have at least 3 years of EMR System experience
  • Starting Salary: $56,160/yr
