Responsibilities
- General Accounting
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries for recurring and ad‑hoc transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany activity.
- Month-End Close
- Assist in timely month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes.

- Prepare audit schedules and support external auditors during annual audits
- Assist with regulatory filings for sales and use tax
- Assist with yearly property tax tangible tax filings
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company accounting policies with GAAP or IFRS
- Other Duties
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare monthly reporting for parent company
- Support new systems, processes, or workflow improvements as the company continues expanding.
- Complete special projects and analyses assigned by the Accounting Manager or Finance Leadership.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (public or corporate environment).
- Experience in multi‑location or multi‑entity accounting preferred.
- Technical Skills
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, but not required).
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
