About the role
The ERP Training & Hypercare Support Co-op Student will assist the Applications Training Team in the successful deployment of the organization's new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across multiple operating sites. Requirements
- Working towards an Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a capability to communicate complex ideas to all levels
- Experience with Power Systems, including transformers, substations, and distribution equipment is considered an asset
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an asset
- Previous work experience in a technical or engineering environment is an asset
- Experience with form design, macros, and data analysis is an asset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic industrial work environment with a range of engineering, technical and operational personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and a solid understanding of AutoCAD and Solidworks would be advantageous
