Matrix New World Engineering is seeking a Senior Technical Director - Site Remediation to help build and expand our site investigation and remediation practice in the New York and New Jersey region. This role is designed for a senior technical practitioner and client advisor with deep expertise in hydrogeology, contaminated site investigation, and/or remedial engineering. The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader, project director, and practice builder, leading complex environmental projects while helping grow Matrix's presence with key clients across industrial, infrastructure, redevelopment, and legal sectors. The position is well suited for a recognized technical leader with 20+ years of experience who enjoys remaining actively engaged in project work while helping develop a strong remediation practice. Compensation: $165,000 - $200,000 + performance-based bonuses, commensurate with experience.
