Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position Overview Salary Range: $128,100 - $174,195 SUMMARY (Basic Purpose of the Job) Provides leadership and ongoing development for enterprise-wide quality assurance, and education initiatives across revenue cycle. Responsible for developing and overseeing enterprise-wide education programs, quality monitoring frameworks, and audit remediation strategies spanning front-end access, coding, CDI, charging, billing, collections, and denial management. Partners closely with Revenue Cycle leadership to drive consistent, compliant, and high-quality practices that protect revenue, reduce risk, and improve financial and clinical outcomes. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree. A High School diploma or equivalent and additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a formal Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Seven years of progressively responsible, directly related experience, including leadership experience, when accompanied by a Bachelor's degree. Eleven years of progressively responsible, directly related experience, including leadership experience, when accompanied by a high school diploma or equivalent. Other Credentials: Knowledge and Skills: Advanced understanding of revenue cycle management. Strong analytical and communication skills required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills Special Training: Proficiency in curriculum development and execution. Effective planning, management, and prioritization abilities. Proven ability to manage change. Mental, Behavioral and Emotional Abilities: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with senior leadership. Ability to work independently to solve complex issues. Usual Work Day: 8 Hours Reporting Relationships Does this position formally supervise employees? Yes ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Designs and leads an enterprise revenue cycle quality and education strategy aligned with organizational goals. Develops, overseas, and monitors implementation of comprehensive education programs the revenue cycle. Creates training tools and staff assessment materials, including but not limited to manuals, presentations, scripts, competency tests, tip sheets, and evaluation rubrics. Develops standardized frameworks for quality measurement, and education delivery. Serves as subject matter expert for quality and education initiatives impacting the revenue cycle. Ensures consistent monitoring, scoring, reporting, and remediation processes. Develops standardized methods to communicate feedback to leaders and uses monitoring results to identify gaps in training materials. Analyzes revenue cycle performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement and implements targeted educational. Ensures education is competency-based, role-specific, and outcome-driven. Evaluates education effectiveness using post-training quality and performance metrics. Incorporates industry changes in education material for effective and efficient revenue cycle operations. Collaborates with revenue cycle leaders to design content and delivery method of education programs leveraging learning platform. Supports implementation and optimization of new and existing systems. Builds a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and professional growth. Performs all other duties as assigned.
